Just thought I’d let you know that Nathan was telling us how glad he was to be in your clinic today. You would have been proud of how he played. He was proudly telling us the different things he was doing that was stressed to him in today’s clinic. You could tell he was replaying all the games plays through his goalie coaches eyes. He could articulate what he did right and what he wanted to do better. So congrats on the great job.
In The Zone has been a tremendous asset to Harrow Minor Hockey Association’s Player Development Committee. We started using their service this year exclusively for our goalie development clinics and have seen a significant improvement throughout the season from novice through to bantam. In The Zone is a contributing factor to one of our association's most successful years having almost all of our teams finishing in the top third of their league including our International Silver Stick champion Atom rep team which had not only one but both goalies selected to the tournament all star team with both earning shutouts. Harrow Minor Hockey looks forward to working with In The Zone for many years to come.

I have attended many goalie camps and find this one to very creative, challenging and effective. The coaches communicate with each individual to get the most out of each goal tender and always there to correct the mistakes that I have made and praise when I have done good. It is hard work, but I have met and made so many friends and they have also made suggestions on how I can improve my game. I always look forward to attending the camps because I know that I will be challenged and learn a lot, the food that is served is great also.

Over the past 4 seasons we have been using In the Zone instructors, our coaching staff witnessed a dramatic improvement in our goaltending. To date, In the Zone are the only instructors we have witnessed following up clinics with game evaluation. With development being a continual season long process, it is a pleasant surprise to see them at games evaluating their students. Their interaction and continual professional feedback has allowed players to make necessary corrections keeping them at the top of their game.

In the Zone has worked with our goaltenders over the past 3 seasons at the association level. Utilizing their knowledge added a new dimension to our goalie development program. In the Zone organizes and executes an excellent program with positive influence on all goalies in attendance. The clinics are challenging yet enjoyable with a very high percentage of returning players.

This past season (2009-2010), LaSalle minor hockey has developed a great working relationship with “IN THE ZONE”.. LMHA held 12 clinics with them this past season and the feedback was nothing but positive! These gentlemen have experience at the junior hockey level and now are passing this knowledge on. Goalies are not only taught the “on ice” part of the game but are also taught the mental part of the game. They have made a dramatic difference in the confidence in these goalies, along with knowledge, that is raising the level of their performance..
